✨ See Yourself From a Distance: Clearing Space to Hear Your Inner Voice
May 21, 2025
There will be seasons in life that feel like a pause.
Not a block. Not a failure.
Just… quiet.
You may feel stuck.
Unsure what to do next.
Tired from the trying.
Grieving something that didn’t go as planned.
Wrestling with the question:
“Do I start over, or just surrender?”
This post is for that moment.
Start Small. Stay Present.
You don’t need to rebuild everything today.
You don’t need a five-year plan.
Start with what’s right in front of you:
Boil water. Light a candle. Stretch. Sip your tea slowly.
Return to your space.
Not metaphorically. Literally.
Declutter your desk.
Sweep your floor.
Buy a few fresh flowers.
Create the energy you want to feel.
That’s the first act of self-respect.
Resilience Comes Through the Pause
When life strips something away—
A job, a visa, a dream—
It’s not always punishment. Sometimes, it’s preparation.
A re-route. A clean slate. A deeper initiation.
Let yourself grieve what didn’t work.
But don’t stay in the story.
You’re not a victim. You’re a vessel.
And this pause is reshaping you into someone new.
Clean Space = Clear Mind
The physical mirrors the energetic.
A cluttered home, a busy desktop, a messy corner—
They all cloud your clarity.
So clear it.
Burn incense.
Open the windows.
Take out the trash—physically and emotionally.
Visualize cutting the cords.
Say aloud, “I release what no longer serves me.”
Balance Intuition with Practical Steps
Listen to the soft inner whispers.
They often arrive as subtle nudges, dreams, or symbols.
And—
Write the plan.
Pick the date.
Build the habit.
Intuition isn’t a replacement for structure.
It’s the compass.
But you still have to walk the path.
Zoom Out: Understand the Bigger Picture
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re in a season.
Zoom out and look at your life as a whole.
There are seasons for sprinting.
There are seasons for surrender.
Let this one be what it is.
Shift the Way You See Things
Every frustrating moment is a mirror.
Every person you meet is a reflection.
Ask:
- What is this teaching me?
- What old pattern is being invited to shift?
- Where am I being asked to soften?
Often, the healing begins when the story ends.
Make Space for the Spiritual (Without the Woo)
You don’t need to chant under the moon to be spiritual.
But you do need rituals.
Because rituals create rhythm.
And rhythm creates peace.
Light a candle.
Wash your face with intention.
Place your hand on your heart and say, “I am here.”
That’s enough.
Protect Your Energy Like It’s Your Currency
Not everything deserves your attention.
Not everyone gets access to your spirit.
Audit your inputs:
- Where are your thoughts going?
- What drains you?
- What habits sneak in when you’re tired?
And then redirect.
Gently. But firmly.
Surrender the Timeline
Control is an illusion.
You don’t need to know how this ends.
You just need to keep showing up.
Let the path unfold.
Let the synchronicities speak.
Trust the rhythm more than the plan.
You Are Not Alone, But You Are the One
Seek wisdom from others—
Mentors, guides, elders, friends.
But remember: No one else can walk your path.
Find your own stillness.
Your own clarity.
Your own truth.
And then… begin again.
The Universe Responds to Movement
Start anywhere.
Sweep the floor.
Go for a walk.
Say the thing.
Publish the post.
Light the incense.
Stretch your body.
Forgive yourself.
The moment you move, energy moves with you.
You don’t need to be certain.
You just need to begin.
Let this be the season you clear space for your soul to speak.
